My client are leaders in their field with a fantastic reputation. Due to rapid growth, they have created new exciting opportunity to join their Sales Team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be critical to our clients expansion plans and offers great opportunity for progression and development. You will work very closely with the senior management team to ensure this business delivers on their exciting plans. I am looking for an experienced Internal Sales Coach/ Sales Team Leader to successfully train new starters to a high standard in a B2B sales environment. You role will be split between providing ongoing coaching to new starters and carrying out the recruitment process. The main purpose of the role is to support your team through the onboarding process to ensure they pass their probation with flying colours. Free parking Your responsibilities will include: Sales Coach Supporting a new cohort of entry level Sales Superstars through their first 6 months in the role with our client Develop individual coaching plans and provide resources and assistance. Identifying training needs and implementing the relevant coaching techniques Call & Performance Monitoring and carrying out 1-2-1 s Introduce soft targets, competitions and incentives to encourage performance and motivate the team Giving regular feedback and support to the Sales Team Analysis of performance data Listening to sales calls and providing feedback Recruitment Placing recruitment adverts and identifying potential candidates through a variety of sources Carryout telephone and 1st stage interviews Liaising with agencies to arrange interviews and provide feedback About You Proven track record within a Sales coaching environment Able to demonstrate knowledge of the sales process. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to motivate, inspire and develop others. Strong commercial and business focus. Experience of monitoring and managing individual's and team performance
