Senior Ruby developer role Full-Time, London UK leading Fintech company in London looking for a talented and experienced Ruby software developer. Role As a senior ruby developer, you will solve how their clients and prospects can deliver their products using their innovative platform. You will propose, discuss, and design front-end technical solutions for clients and the business based on requirements, resource availability, costs and viable alternatives. You should also be able to produce front-end technical design architecture diagrams and documentation for internal and external audiences. Additionally, you will support the wider business in technical assessments of third-party vendors and technologies during selection processes. You will also work closely with project delivery teams to assist with the implementation and completion of projects within agreed solution designs as well as aligning closely with the company s platform and technologies. Senior Ruby Developer Requirements: Strong skills and experience with Front-End technologies like React, Remix, Typescript Experience designing Front-End technical solutions and producing architecture diagrams and documentation Experience managing a team or in a senior/supervisory technical role Ability to communicate and explain technology to clients (including technical and non-technical audiences) An advocate for continuous delivery and automated testing and ability to steer engineering teams to implementing this successfully Knowledge of pensions would be ideal but not essential Experience with API based technologies Offer £70,000 - £105,000 salary 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
