Being an HR Administrator at Bromford is integral in getting involved, delivering results, challenging others, learning new things, and ultimately, helping our customers, communities, and colleagues to thrive. In this varied and exciting role, you will be reporting to the People Services Lead, striving to be the best in delivering employee lifecycle transactional requests and following these through to resolution. You will be working on multiple processes, from onboarding compliance to completing the leaver process, managing associated documents and databases, and supporting our colleagues at every step of the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with the wider people team and assist payroll by providing employee information to ensure 100% accuracy. In this high-volume role, you will possess excellent prioritisation skills, be detail-oriented, have an aptitude for IT, and be able to work across multiple systems simultaneously uploading data for reporting purposes across the business. You will be required to work at pace and to defined timescales producing accurate, high-quality outcomes. Using your experience and knowledge, you will know how to represent both company policies and the need of colleagues. You will be encouraged to question, challenge, and make recommendations for the interests of continuous development for the People Services Team. You will be handling sensitive information; therefore, professionalism and discretion are necessary to succeed in this role. This permanent position would suit someone with previous experience as an HR Administrator, Senior Administrator, PA, Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator, among others. However, this is not an exclusive list. To be successful in this role you will: Have experience in and an understanding of an HR or a Shared Service setting Be studying towards CIPD level 3 (desirable) or have equivalent experience Computer literate with knowledge of HR software systems and be willing to learn new software Build strong working relations with all our customers and deliver on promises Be self-motivated, resilient, structured, and organised Have an enquiring and investigative mindset to problem-solve Flexible attitude to changing priorities and deadlines Commit to our DNA and be a great ambassador for Bromford.This is a roaming role, a mix of homeworking and working from our offices, so it would suit someone who has a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
