This well established organisation is seeking Out of Hours Customer Service Advisors to join their hard-working team based in Thatcham - after 1 week of office based training, you will have the option to work from home. Full training will be provided. As an Out of Hours Customer Service Advisor, you will provide contact for customers and clients, providing them with outstanding customer service. You will be required to answer inbound calls for various enquiries You will be working a 7.5 hour rota shift in between the hours of 7am and 11pm. There will also be the occasional nightshift and 1 in 3 weekend work required Main duties Answering all incoming calls and responding to enquiries Deliver first point of contact resolution in line with targets and service levels. Take ownership for ensuring the Company Values are core to everything you do in order to work together and achieve our goals. Have a flexible approach to meet business needs. Have a positive attitude towards change to enable you and your colleagues to act quickly. Take ownership & accountability for actions taken. Be willing to build good working relations throughout the business. Manage complex customer contacts and complaints with a can-do approach displaying excellent customer care. If you do not hear from a Consultant within 1 week of your application, then unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful
