Citrus Elite are on the look out for a Mortgage superstar for there highly established client whio is growing from strength to strength and looking to add to their highly successful and supportive team. Role details: Employee's Working Week: the Employee will work Monday to Friday. Any additional time worked on a Saturday to fulfil appointments can be taken in lieu, in agreement with your Line Manager. Employee's Hours of Work: the Employee will work 40 hours per week (9:00 am until 6:00 pm). Employee's Hours of Lunch or Break: the Employee will be entitled to a 60 minute un-paid lunch break each day. Salary & Pension details Pension: the Employee will be auto-enrolled into the company pension scheme (unless they choose to opt-out), contribution rates will be in line with Government contribution levels. Holidays: the Employee will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, plus Bank holidays Car Allowance: the Employee will be entitled to a car allowance of £3,000 per annum. This shall not be treated as part of your basic salary for any purpose and shall not be pensionable. Pay: the Employee will be entitled to an annual basic salary, which will be based on a 3 tier system as follows: Tier 1: £23,000 Tier 2: £27,000 (achieved when 12-month net banked income exceeds £120,000) Tier 3: £31,000 (achieved when 12-month net banked income exceeds £140,000) In order to move from Tier 1 to Tier 2 the Employee would need to achieve a total net banked income (excluding admin & advice fees) of £120,000 in a rolling 12-month period. To move from Tier 2 to Tier 3 the Employee would need to achieve a total net banked income (excluding admin & advice fees) of £140,000 in a rolling 12-month period. The 12-month qualification period will commence from the cessation of any initial salary guarantee period. Once a higher Tier has been achieved the Adviser must continue to sustain annual banked income within a £20,000 margin of the corresponding requirement to remain in that Tier, i.e. a Tier 2 Adviser would need to maintain a minimum annual net banked income of £100,000. The Employee is unable to move more than one Tier in a 12-month period or move direct from Tier 1 to Tier 3. Bonus/Commission: Commission payments are generated from the sales of mortgages, life assurance, Household and General insurance where relevant to the Employees status as an Independent Mortgage Adviser. The rate of commission payable on these is 12%. Additional advice fees (charged in line with the scale shown on the current Initial Disclosure Document) will be paid at 100%. Additional bonus payments can be earned in a calendar year (1 January to 31 December) when the Employee achieves specific banked income totals (excluding admin and advice fees and net of any clawback). Each bonus earned will be paid in the month following the target being achieved. The trigger points are as follows: When Total income of £100,000 achieved = £1,500 bonus When Total income of £120,000 achieved = additional £2,000 bonus When Total income of £140,000 achieved = additional £2,500 bonus Commission and Bonus payments may be liable to change at the discretion of the Company. Bonus payments will be made in the month following that which it was achieved. Referrals to third party companies (such as Solicitors) that result in a payment post completion will be payable at a level of 50% of the net amount received. Advisers receive 100% of the Advice fee (if charged) as per the T&Cs on our Initial disclosure Document.
