M&E Bid Manager

I am working with the M&E division of a leading main contractor with a turnover of £2bn and a strong national presence across sectors who require an experienced M&E Bid manager to join their northern home counties business unit. Based from a head office in either Cambridge or Luton you will join a strong well established team tasked with providing additional resource across the region. The Team currently has a variety of exciting projects across sectors with varying values. The primary focus of the role will be to be responsible for the management of MEP bid processes to ensure the development and implementation of bid strategy for procurement routes within the business. Key Accountabilities will include: Lead the first stage tender process Manager second stage/PCSA Own key relationships with bid stakeholders. Actively manage and record bid budget. Coordinate post tender negotiations with Client teams Coordinate and manage the bid team. Work within a team of pre-construction professionals across business units We are looking for a qualified M&E Bid Manager with solid knowledge of bid management and production within the Construction & Engineering industry. To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator at all levels with a positive and collaborative approach who will be central to the bidding and pre-construction function.
