Year 5 Teacher: Full Time BB2 Monday-Friday 2 Years experience essential. £90-£130 per day. An affluent school in Blackburn has partnered with Teaching Personnel to appoint a Year 5 Class Teacher. This role is full time from Monday-Friday from 8:45-3:30. This position is for an immediate start and will be supporting to cover during a long-term sickness, therefore this role could possibly be extended. Candidate: The right candidate will work effectively with staff, children, and parents to thoroughly support the children and ensure they are ready for their next stage of life. Also, to ensure that they are meeting their individual targets. Working with the support staff in the room to ensure they are deployed effectively. To become a pro-active addition to the school, supporting in sports days, parents evenings and other days. The school: The school is based in an affluent area with a very supportive staff team who are focussing on supporting staff with CPD opportunities. This is a Catholic school which heavily supports the way in which children are growing into responsible, caring, and happy citizens. With a push to support children s social development and confidence within this school, supporting with non-academic areas of the curriculum. The school is easy to access with many travel routes throughout and a parking area for staff attached to the school grounds. Responsibilities: To plan and carry out lessons to further children s development. Support and appoint Teaching Assistants. Support staff CPD. Marking work. Parent Partnership.
