About the Opportunity As Studio Retail progresses through its digital transformation, this opportunity forms part of the organic expansion of our IT and Technology team. At Studio Retail Ltd, we are constantly evolving to meet our customers needs and we now have an opportunity for an ambitious IT Technical Lead (Salesforce Service Cloud) to develop and support the build of Salesforce Customer Centric capability to deliver requirements for new products and enhancements in a cost effective and efficient manner through a mix of user support configuration and new product development where appropriate As IT Technical Lead (Salesforce Service Cloud) you will be: Leading the design, development, and implementation of new and optimal system/solutions, to meet business requirements, ensuring high quality delivery by providing clear requirements and direction Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the Force platform Providing consultancy for Salesforce systems, maximising capability, and development opportunities to optimise system performance now and in the future Maintaining and improving the performance of existing systems/solution, ensuring they are safe and reliable for the business Proactively identifying, recommending and optimising delivery process, practices and tooling, supporting and driving continuous improvement across IT Delivery Adhering to IT Delivery governance, controls, methodologies and compliance standards and expectations Working with product owners to prioritise and own the technical build and delivery (via internal or external development partners) from inception through to full delivery Analysing business functional and strategic requirements and proposing technical design solutions to Solutions Architect, for both the immediate and long-term adoption and growth of Salesforce technology as it grows across the business Providing coaching, support and guidance to Salesforce Administrators and Developers, contributing to building capabilities to meet the requirements of the IT Delivery Portfolio and business needs Who are we looking for? Technical Leadership for the Salesforce Delivery Team, ensuring high quality delivery by providing clear requirements and direction Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the Force platform Judges trade-offs between technology feasibility and best practise to make choices that fit the constraints of the business requirements Identifies the varying skill sets and levels within the team to appropriately assign work and guide backlog stories in best possible way Works directly with clients to develop and deliver key components of technical solutions Understands integration and migration concepts and has experience with SF APIs Provides experience to developers of Software Development Lifecycle following a Devops approach Raises warning flags about technical or business issues where appropriate Contributes to development of peers as well as Studio users as a whole Provides technical support for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Social Studio incidents and BAU Has proven experience of successfully designing & delivering IT solutions Has experience of recognised design and delivery principles and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall Has proven track record in Salesforce Service Cloud & integrated systems e.g. Marketing Cloud Can deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience in effectively managing a range of tasks and priorities, simultaneously Ability to engage, challenge and influence others to achieve productive solutions Has appropriate professional Salesforce and supporting qualifications and associated experience Is Confident and resilient Has excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presence Why Studio Retail Limited?
