More about your role

As a Group Financial Reporting Accountant at Places for People, you will be responsible for assisting the production of timely and quality monthly management accounts for the Group and Central Services. This will include the production of Board reports, Executive dashboards and KPIs. You will develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with the group and business area finance teams to support relevant information sharing and ensure understanding of drivers of and risks and opportunities to performance.

As such, this role will suit a personable individual who can build strong relationships both internally and externally. We are looking for an individual who is diligent, reliable, and a real team player who wants to grow with the business. You must take pride in what you do with a professional approach to all tasks.

You will be a Finalist or qualified accountant, either ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with experience of dealing with statements of financial position, statements of comprehensive income and cash flow reporting. You will ideally have prior knowledge in business partnering and management accountancy.
