Job Role: Fleet Administrator Location: Derbyshire Pay: £22K-£25K per annum Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Shift: Days Contract: Full time Permanent role Fleet Administrator opportunity My client, a well-established vehicle hire company is actively seeing to employ a Fleet Administrator to based out of an office in the Derbyshire area to work on a full time permanent basis. Fleet Administrator duties Responsible for ensuring a smooth administration and processing of information relating to the vehicle fleet in the areas of Legal/compliant events on all HGV and LCV vehicles. Control of all costs relating to scheduling & compliance is also applicable to the role. Responsibility for forward planning all scheduled legal events within set timescales, such as PMI safety inspection, MOT, Tail lift inspections, Tacho and fridge services. Process all legal documentation and ensure these are scanned and uploaded in a timely manner on to the CBVH systems. Manage suppliers and raising of purchase order numbers, ensuring costs are controlledFleet Administrator required Ideally you will have experience gained working within the commercial vehicle sector Have worked within the automotive sector within an administration role If you are an experienced Fleet Administrator and would like to apply for this exciting role with one of the region s leading employers, make an application via this advert
