Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a leadership role as the Division focal point for the development and execution of the company's physical asset management and reliability program relative to compression equipment.
Oversee, support and monitor our Compression Performance, Equipment Reliability and Engine Health Programs. This includes development of statistical benchmarks, procedures for, implementation of best practices and improvements.
Responsible for the administering and monitoring the Preventative Maintenance Program for all machinery utilizing the Maintenance Management System.
Administer, training and troubleshoot the data collection processes required to provide station/team performance benchmarks and operating statistics.
Establish and implement trend parameters and data interpretation for location personnel to monitor and improve equipment performance. Trend Key Performance Indicators and report and review results with Area Management and Teams.
Monitor performance data and provide technical solutions and/or problem resolution to achieve optimal engine and compressor performance.
Support and monitor the Equipment Analyst program. Develop and implement guidelines and procedures for and providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, training, and technology development/application. Ensure consistency in processes and methods used.
Oversee Engine Process Control Systems, develop 3D curves and engine mapping programs for reciprocating compressor engines.
Provide technical expertise as needed to resolve complex maintenance issue/problems and improve compressor unit performance. Evaluate new technologies and their practicality to our needs.
Root Cause Failure Analysis - Assist in RCFAs through the evaluation of trends leading up to the failure with a focus on changes to maintenance and operating standards to improve reliability and to improve failure predictability.
Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Bachlors degree in Engineering - Industrial or mechancial engineering preferred.
3 - 6 years of experience.
Possess excellent knowledge of maintenance, safety and regulatory requirements associated with rotating equipment in the natural gas industry.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent human relations skills.
Must be highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be organized and able to effectively schedule, establish priorities and plan efficiently.
Work in a functional team with peers geographically dispersed across the Division.
Interface with management and field personnel to ensure uniformity and continuity and to promote customer service.

Subject to call-out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Subject to hazardous conditions including escaping gas, adverse weather conditions and temperatures, heights, high-pressure gas, heavy lifting and cramped conditions.
Must have a proven safe driving record, and incumbent is subject to U.S. Department of Transportation Drug & Alcohol related regulations.
New hires to the Company will be required to take and pass a pre-employment drug test and are subject to a background check.
Position will be filled at appropriate level based on skill and experience.
Will require approximately 25% travel within the Division and the assigned area of responsibility.
