We are supporting our client, who has a fantastic role available as a Customer Service Advisor in their Birmingham office (Marston Green). The company Our client is a vehicle repair business designed to offer seamless minor damage repair solutions to the insurance and vehicle fleet sector. Our aim is to convert a traditional body shop repair that could take numerous days to repair into a 1-day repair making it more convenient for the customer and cheaper for the insurer. The Role This role will require you to use your excellent customer service skills to assist customers within a vehicle repair network. What will you be doing? You will be assisting customers as the first point of contact when instructed to have their vehicle repaired after an accident. We are looking for a patient, empathetic, individual with a flair for conversation and a confident telephone manner. You will liaise with customers, insurance companies and repairers in getting the repair done as quickly and as seamlessly as possible. Previous working experience in an accident repair environment could be beneficial but is not a necessity. The Training: You will receive expert training to ensure you have all the tools you need to do the job well, but we also need you to act on your own initiative. Does this sound like the role for you? This is a contract working 37.5 hours per week. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and we will need you to be fully flexible across our opening hours.
