Why join this team?
The Collateral Specialist will monitor and maintain adequate flood insurance for all Wintrust Charters. This person should have good knowledge and understanding of the Federal Flood Regulation, as well as the mandatory requirements of a Private Flood insurance policy and NFIP policies.
What You'll Do
Individual will the main contact to review all new loans, renewed loans and flood insurance policy renewals for sufficient flood insurance coverage on buildings and contents coverage when applicable on commercial loans.
Contact insurance agents for current insurance policies (hazard and flood), review for accuracy and update all applicable systems.
Obtain invoices for escrowed accounts and submit for payment. Assist with mail distribution and back-up file room, as needed.
