NLB solutions are working closely with a company based near St Albans town centre who are recruiting a Customer Services Administrator. You will be working closely and reporting to the Administration team leader. Duties: Provide excellent Customer Service both written and by telephone. Work towards set objectives. Process general administration in a timely and accurate manner. Work as part of a team at all times. Person Spec: Minimum of 2 years in an administration position Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
