Our client, a provider of complex public services, has a fantastic opportunity to join their bid team. With ambition aplenty and with further investment planned in our teams and their resources, you can help us develop, win, and transform public services. As Bid Writer, you ll provide professional and high-quality bid writing support for bids large and small within the Sales Operations team. Working closely with the rest of the bidding team - and thoroughly understanding the proposed solutions - you ll create quality responses that meet the brief whilst being engaging and visually arresting. This will include written responses, storyboards, and other bidding collateral. As well as the satisfaction of working on (and of course winning) contracts that directly impact public service users, you ll also benefit from an environment that firmly sets the stage for your own career development and progression, whether you want to specialise, progress upwards, or broaden your career. What you need to do the role As someone who already has worked in a complex and varied bidding environment, you ll have experience of creating and managing bid deliverables. You re able to quickly assimilate complex information and apply creative intelligence to its communication. You ll be someone who is proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and is able to multi task and prioritise under pressure of deadlines. And naturally you ll be someone who is an excellent and influential communicator, both on paper and in person.
