1st Line Customer Support Engineer

We are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our fibre expansion plans, we require a Support Engineer to manage and maintain our systems and networks, owning the customer support journey from end to end. The successful candidate will act as the first line support engineer and ensure all internal and customer facing faults are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Experience in technical support methodologies and processes will be essential to the success of this role, along with a strong work ethic and ability to own incidents and problems throughout the customer support journey. The Support Engineer will uphold the highest levels of quality and support standards and ensure that provisioned systems and solutions are fully compliant with these. Strong communication skills will be essential to ensuring our customers are adequately supported and that fault resolutions and maintenance windows are clearly publicised and where necessary escalated appropriately.
